Does it sound as if your toilet is running constantly? It may be that your chain is stuck, so shake your flush handle to free the chain. If this doesn't work, go ahead and remove the toilet tank lid. You will see a float ball that you can gently raise to see if this stops the sound of water running. If this still does not resolve your problem, it may be that you have some parts that need replacing. Turn off the water shutoff valve so you can carefully look and see if you can spot any worn or broken parts that need to be replaced. It may be that you can replace broken or worn parts yourself. If you are not able to resolve your problem after attempting the above, please feel free to contact us to arrange a service call. Franklin
